LMO Advertising Tenant Fit-out

Skanska served as the general contractor for this $1.3 million, 20,000-SF, high-end tenant fit-out at 1776 Wilson Boulevard. Early involvement in the budgeting process enabled Skanska to work closely with LMO and Davis, Carter, Scott, the architect, to assure the procurement of long lead items such as mechanical units, custom doors, custom door pulls, exterior signage and conveying systems. The team worked diligently to assure LMO’s transition into the new space went smoothly.
