Park Avenue Park and Ride Garage

$13.1 million, 110,000-SF  project contains 401 automobile parking spaces, 90 bike spaces, and seven electric vehicle chargers for commuters using the future MAX orange line. The project includes structural improvements that allow for expansion to accommodate future parking as necessary. The facility is designed to provide a new ecosystem-based storm water treatment which will collect storm water to create a vertical garden.
