Pegasus Park Phase I at Gulfstream Racing and Casino Park

Skanska was selected for the first phase of the Pegasus Park development on the Gulfstream Racetrack and Casino campus. This Phase 1 work includes a 11,000-SF dome building that serves as the base for a 110-foot tall bronze statue of a winged horse fighting with a fire-breathing dragon. The statue also includes over 70,000-SF of rock theming and a water feature with choreographed lighting, sound and fountains. The statue is surrounded by a four-acre park with extensive landscaping and hardscaping. Skanska will manage the installation of the statue by a German firm contracted directly with the Owner.
