Skanska provided construction management services for the $68 million, 207,000-SF state-of-the-art six-story outpatient treatment facility  located on the McKinley Campus in Tampa. The facility contains outpatient surgery (with associated sterile processing), four operating rooms, procedure suites, clinics for Moffitt’s Breast and Cutaneous Departments, as well as imaging, lab and pharmacy space, infusion, and clinical research.  The facility also offers patient and family support, educational spaces and a cafe.  The sixth floor serves as shelled space for future growth.  The project also includes a seven-story parking garage with 1,250 spaces.
