Echelon at Uptown

As a result of our success at Echelon at Cheney Place, Skanska was selected to construct a second luxury apartment building for Echelon Residential. The new 5-story, 244-unit apartment complex and 380-space parking garage are located adjacent to Orlando's Historic District in the heart of downtown, just northeast of Echelon at Cheney Place. Echelon Uptown embodies the same colonial style with live oaks, swimming pools and garden pathways. The complex also includes a community clubhouse, fitness center and mail room.
