Skanska re-positioned the former NuTone warehouse and existing parking garage into a 239-room, 426,000-SF full-service boutique hotel and conference center. The building has state-of-the-art meeting facilities, a nine-story atrium, 16 contemporary event spaces, a rooftop garden with a conference center, outdoor dining area and a restaurant/lounge.
