The Porter Hotel Curio

Skanska provided preconstruction and construction management services for a new 202,000-SF upscale boutique hotel at the intersection of Southwest Columbia Street and 2nd Avenue in Portland, Oregon. As part of the Curio Collection by Hilton Hotels, The Porter Hotel stands 16 stories and offers 297 guest rooms. At the lobby level, the hotel included two food service establishments with direct access from Columbia Street. The first is a neighborhood-themed restaurant and the second is a market-style café. Extensive meeting facilities and 13 floors of guest rooms are included. Level 16 features a high-end restaurant and lounge with large, covered outdoor terraces showcasing spectacular city views.
