Widewaters Hotels LLC, The Charter

Skanska provided preconstruction and construction management services for a new 175,000-SF upscale boutique hotel at Second Avenue and Stewart Street in downtown Seattle, Washington. A part of the Curio Collection by Hilton Hotels, the Charter Hotel stands 16 stories atop an existing parking structure and will offer 230 guestrooms. Hotel amenities include a full-service restaurant at street level, a fitness and spa facility and approximately 5,000-SF of meeting space on the second level of the hotel. Level 16 will feature a high-end lounge with an outdoor terrace, showcasing spectacular views of the city.
