Skanska provided construction management services for the $74 million, 273,000-SF new urban corporate headquarters for LifeWay Christian Resources. The project features an office building designed and constructed to last 100-plus years and a 287,233-SF, 820-space parking garage. This project is part of the emerging 32-acre Capitol View campus, a mixed-use urban development in Nashville's central business district.
