Garnet Health Medical Center, Physician Office Building, Cancer Center and Associated Projects

Skanska provided preconstruction and construction management services for the new 153,000-SF, five-story Physician Office Building (POB) and a 26,000-SF cancer center addition at the hospital's main campus. The new facilities allowed ORMC to relocate many of their outpatient services provided at off-campus locations into the new state-of-the-art buildings. The Physician Office Building features patient care space, exam rooms, pharmacy, bistro and terrace. The Cancer Center addition included an above-ground linear accelerator and an infusion center. Renovations to the existing cancer center were also included in the project scope.
