Sweco Swecos Denmark's DGNB gold-certified headquarters in Ørestad was completed in July 2018.

The office is 11,500 m2 and contains activity-based workplaces for the approx. 800 employees and has parking in the basement.

Green meeting point

The domicile is the first house of two sister buildings, the northernmost of which is Sweco Denmark's domicile. The second building, which can also accommodate one or more companies, is expected to start one to two years later. The two buildings will have an architectural relationship, share a common parking basement and be built around a central, inviting access area.

Sweco Denmark's headquarters have a large common atrium, which is the building's meeting point, and from the large roof terrace there is a view of both the inner city and Amager's green areas.

The project is DGNB Gold certified and solar cells on the roof help to ensure low energy consumption.

Very close to Copenhagen city center, Sweden and the rest of Denmark

The project's location is very central in Ørestad City with the metro station "Bella Center" right outside the door, from where it takes 10 minutes to get to Nørreport Station. A few hundred meters away are the motorway network and the regional train that connects Ørestad to the airport, Sweden and the rest of Denmark.
