Sundtkvartalet is Skanska’s head office in Norway. Here you will be welcomed by a cosy and pleasant atmosphere. The premises are a combination of both rustic and modern.

The office floors consist of large, flexible floor plans with excellent ceiling height and large window surfaces. Bike parking for the office building is located in the basement with access via a separate bike lane. Here you will also find a bike wash, change rooms and shower facilities.

 The ground floor of Sundtkvartalet is the heart of the building, with people, activities and a pleasant atmosphere. Here you will find a reception and service centre, café, restaurant, lounge with a gas fireplace, as well as comfortable seating areas.

The ground floor is as an attractive place to be throughout the entire workday, for breaks, informal meetings and work sessions. From the lobby you also have access to an auditorium built with an amphitheatre that can accommodate up to 130 people.

 Sundtkvartalet is centrally located in Oslo near Akerselva, with the city’s most urban features nearby. Walk a few minutes and you will find yourself in vastly different places including Oslo Central Station, Mathallen, Torggata, Schous plass and the rest of the lower Grünerløkka – or Bjørvika with its urban beach right outside the Oslo Opera House.
