At Pilar we unite refurbishment, building extension and circular economy. The goal is to develop an attractive office building with high environmental ambitions. The project will contribute to the positive development and urbanisation of Helsfyr and is subject to a zoning process.

The Helsfyr hub

Helsfyr is a well established office hub, with good access to public transport. There are frequent departures by metro and bus. The airport express coach can also be found at Helsfyr, and the train stops not far away in Bryn.

Helsfyr has great accessibility via the bicycle and road network and easy access to E6.
