FedEx Hub

Skanska is providing construction management services for the new FedEx Hub in Ocala.  The facility is a 404,000-SF pre-engineered metal facility located on a 150-acre site. The project scope includes: a distribution center, mezzanine, two loading wings, three bay service garages, a recruiting building, fuel island, truck wash facility, miscellaneous ancillary buildings and associated site improvements.
