Within the investment Skanska realized two-storey object with usable area of 1200 square meters, connected to the existing laboratory building.

The laboratory realized by Skanska will be used by the Department of Microsystems Technology and Silicon Nanostructures Technology, which is a part of the Institute of Electron Technology. Laboratory of Microsystems and Nanostructures features laboratory rooms with air cleanness category of 10 000 in FS209D scale. This scale regulates the maximum admissible number of dust particles per one cubic meter of air. These clean rooms house technological appliances which enable realization of operations implemented in the processes related to microelectronics, optoelectronics, photonics and microsystems. In the object realized by Skanska there are also office rooms for the staff of the Institute.  

Within the scope of ordered works we installed mechanical ventilation with temperature and humidity control system. Apart from typical gas installations, water and sewerage systems, electric al and telecommunication installations, we also realized the installation of technological gases (dry nitrogen), central and compressed air vacuum as well as deionized water vacuum.
