St. John Hospital Medical Center and North Pavilion

This challenging and multi-phased $132 million project features a 285,000-SF seven-story tower that includes four floors of private patient rooms (36 rooms per floor) and a fully renovated and updated state of the art 47,100-SF Emergency Department/Trauma Center and over 80,000-SF of required renovations/relocation necessary to accommodate construction of the new tower.
