$214 million, 551,687-SF new law school for Harvard. Scope of work included the demolition of an existing five-story parking structure and six story residence hall; the construction of a four-level, below-grade parking garage for 700 vehicles; the construction of a 235,000-SF, six-story academic building; 16,000-SF of renovation to an existing dining facility; and a full commercial kitchen in the basement of the building. The kitchen services the entire campus by utilizing an extensive tunneling system. The project not only transforms student life and learning, but also enhances the surrounding neighborhood by providing an attractive northern gateway to the Law School.
