Stone Oak Methodist Hospital

Skanska provided pre-construction and construction management services for the new Methodist Stone Oak Hospital facility in San Antonio, Texas. This project includes a 132-bed hospital and approximately 120,000 square feet of medical office building space. The 282,370-square-foot “Hospital of the Future,” has specific infrastructure designs that reflect very different thinking about how hospitals are organized.

Also included in the new hospital are administration areas, food/dietary services, powerhouse, lab and pharmacy. The hospital is located on a 37.9-acre Greenfield site.
