Skanska provided preconstruction and construction management services at T.F. Green Airport (PVD) in Warwick, Rhode Island. Work included a new in-line explosives detection system (EDS) baggage screening; expansion of a security screening checkpoint; expansion of the existing baggage rooms to accommodate EDS equipment; associated security and non-security related terminal improvements; construction of security bypass exit ramps; lobby infill and relocation of existing vertical circulation to the east; and expansion of the 2nd and 3rd floor RIAC administration offices, TSA Level 2 screening areas, and leasable space.
