Skanska has a long association with Anglian Water having been one of their Alliance Partners to execute the Asset Management Programme (AMP) 3 from 2005 to the latest five-year AMP 6 programme.
Under the Alliance the joint venture carry out the design of non-infrastructure schemes such as treatment works for both clean water and wastewater across the Anglian region, in the East of England. In addition, we undertake a non-infrastructure design studies contract to develop best value solutions.
Construction, installation and commissioning of non-infrastructure schemes. The projects vary in size from £20k through to over £20m and cover a wide spectrum of activities. Projects range from minor civil works including pipelines, tanks, pump stations and small structures to the installation of major MEICA equipment for primary, secondary and tertiary treatment as well as sludge management facilities comprising of screening, thickening and storage assets.
