Skanska implemented the Shopping Center Kaari in Helsinki, Finland. The customer is Helsinki Cooperative Society Elanto (HOK-Elanto).

Shopping Center Kaari, which is one of the largest shopping centers in Finland, has a floor space of 101 000 square meters. 

Skanska was also responsible for the implementation of two earlier phases of the project.
