CDC Building 21
CDC Building 21 serves as the new CDC headquarters and emergency operations building at the agency’s Edward R. Roybal campus in Atlanta, Georgia. As the campus centerpiece, the 12-story facility was designed and constructed to be architecturally significant, with extensive use of innovative materials. The project recently received Silver LEED certification due to the incorporation of numerous energy-efficient systems and meeting CDC’s lifecycle requirements of 50-75 years for components.
