Aversboro Elementary School Replacement
Skanska provided Construction Management at Risk services for a new $17 million, 84,000-SF replacement elementary school. The building includes a two-story classroom wing of 45,500-SF and a contiguous one floor building including a kitchen and cafeteria, multipurpose areas, administration, art and music, and kindergarten and pre-k classrooms.
The new school has several sustainable design features and was built within 30 feet of an occupied elementary in less than 12 months.
