Holmes Elementary School

Skanska was chosen by Miami-Dade County Public Schools to perform demolition work as well as renovations and additions to Holmes Elementary School. Th e scope of the work included complete demolition of eight buildings and selective demolition on two additional buildings totaling 62,000-SF.

New construction consisted of fi ve new buildings totaling 65,712-SF. Work also included a new 500-ton chiller plant, playground, parking lots and a new physical education structur
