Construction of the new 310,276 SF in total retail facility for IKEA in New Haven, Connecticut. The new store includes a 95,000 SF warehouse, 118,000 SF of sales floor area, a restaurant and bistro, a large cash lane area, children's play area, and staff offices and facilities. Onsite and offsite improvements include new storm and sanitary systems, as well as electrical ductbanks, site lighting, 1187 parking spaces, widening modifications to the existing surrounding public roads, and new traffic signals at six (6) intersections.
