This $2.8 million tenant improvement project for Verizon consisted of general, mechanical and electrical construction in an existing, unfinished two-story multi-tenant shell. For this project, we secured and furnished all necessary construction permits, labor, materials and supervision, and adhered to building requirements and Verizon procedures.
