Skanska in partnership with JCB Construction, provided construction management at risk services for OUC’s new headquarters building and parking structure. This consolidated facility located in Downtown Orlando contains administration, marketing, customer services, information technology, facilities and financial services departments. The OUC Headquarters Building was developed as an “energy-conscious” and customer- friendly facility with respect to exterior design, site development and systems deployment. In addition, this project was designed and constructed to qualify for LEED Gold Certification.
