City of Hillsboro Civic Center

This $26.5 million, 139,406-SF project was completed under a CM/GC contract. It involved the construction of a new, five-story civic center with capacity to seat 250 and state-of-the-art environmental systems. The project achieved a LEED “Gold” rating, with particular attention paid to energy and atmosphere efficiencies.
