Skanska is currently leading construction of this 195,000-SF office building, with four floors of office area above three floors of parking and two floors of retail. The $23.4 million building will feature an “eco roof”, a structural steel frame, and metal panel skin. The project involved demolishing an existing building in the heart of Portland’s Pearl District to make way for the new mixed-use facility.
