Washington State University Engineering & Life Sciences Building

This $17.7 million, 60,000-SF project involved the construction of a state-of-the-art lab facility, classrooms, administrative offices, computer rooms, science laboratories, and a greenhouse. This job was completed under a CM/GC contract within an active campus environment. With Skanska's efforts during pre-construction and construction, over $1.3 million was returned in savings and the building was completed four months ahead of schedule.
