Skanska provided pre-construction and construction management services to the College of Engineering at the University of Michigan for the large, two-story, expansion for the Biomedical Engineering Building. The project consisted of a new laboratory and instructional facility which accommodates growth in the University of Michigan’s cellular and molecular biotechnology engineering activities.
