Ford Community and Performing Arts Center

Skanska provided construction management services for the renovation and expansion of the existing 198,000-SF Dearborn Civic Center for the City of Dearborn, Michigan. The renovation and expansion of the Center had four main components, which included renovation of the existing facility, the aquatic/fitness feature, and a construction of a new state-of-the-art community theatre.
