Hillsborough Community College - Mulitpurpose Facilty at SouthShore Campus

$16.8 million, 55,000-SF, multipurpose facility, which houses nursing, physical science and computer laboratories, general purpose classrooms, as well as student services and office spaces, parking and development of the surrounding site. Hillsborough Community College is the first college in Hillsborough County to incorporate Florida Green Building Coalition (FGBC) and Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) standards and guidelines in the facilities constructed at Southshore Center. The project anticipated LEED Silver Certification.
