Skanska provided construction services for AMRI’s new research facility on this fast-paced 43,000-SF tenant improvement project. This research facility is split between two floors, with each floor containing a mix of 50 percent office and 50 percent laboratory space. New plumbing, gas piping, deionized water, electrical, communication, and mechanical systems were installed throughout including an extensive fume hood exhaust system and a VAV based HVAC system.
