This project was the first modern office building in Budapest. As all Skanska projects developed since then, East-West Business Center was also sold to an international fund.

The office complex is located in the heart of the city with excellent public transport possibilities and easy access by car. 

Two decades after its handover, East-West Business Center is still an iconic building of the Hungarian capital offering 21.000 sqm of net office area on 9 floors and 2 levels of underground parking.
