The Chodovec City apartment houses is in Prague 11 - Chodov, near the TOP Hotel, the National State Archives, the Mercedes-Benz Building and close to other existing apartment blocks.

The residential buildings are four stories in height, entered from the northeast. Each of the four buildings contains 34 individual apartment homes (for a total of 136 homes in the community). Each apartment comes with a balcony or terrace. Between the buildings there is plenty of space for landscaping and the construction of rain runoff retention ponds.
