Exterior Building Envelope Repairs: Includes exterior skin renovations to the hospital and MOB. Scope of work required full scaffolding of building, containment of building structure with shrink wrap during winter months, and close coordination with hospital facilities. New coatings, sealants, weatherstripping and a new roof system was provided to completely refurbish the exterior facade of the main buildings on campus. Work was
completed under OSHPD governance.


Demolition of Motel and Trailer Park: Includes demolition of existing buildings and development of ongrade parking lot. Work also included hazmat abatement.
