Industrial Contractors Skanska has been on-site since the beginning of Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indiana (TMMI) in Princeton, Indiana. Industrial Contractors Skanska constructed the first foundations for several buildings including the assembly plant, paint, stamping, and plastics for Tundra production. TMMI has since expanded for the Sienna Minivan and converted the Tundra lines for Highlander production. Industrial Contractors Skanska has completed various types of work at TMMI including foundations, floors, building components, electrical, piping, mechanical, process controls, and general trades. Industrial Contractors Skanska, working with its affiliate company, PCI Skanska, also provided design/build services for the Toyota Childcare Facility as well as an administrative building. Industrial Contractors Skanska continues to work with Toyota on shutdown projects, fiscal projects, process controls, equipment changeout and budgeting of future work. Industrial Contractors Skanska has performed over $140 million dollars of work at the Princeton plant.
