Extension of Cardboard Packaging Plant for Werner Kenkel

The investment was realized in the „Design & Build” formula. It included extension of the existing facility by production plant with separate storage areas, storage umbrella roof and land development by means of construction of roads, yards and green areas.

Skanska’s Design Office prepared civil engineering design for the plant together with technical and road infrastructure installations and appliances. The documentation in its full scope covered architecture, construction and road sectors, including also water and sewerage system, electrical installation and fire protection alarming system.
