Extention of the provincial road no 307 Poznan - Zakrzewo

Skanska has rebuilt barrow and dangerous road to dual carriageway that links the city of Poznan with the Western Ringroad of Poznan. Road leading to Poznan is now 7,5 meters wide and has two lanes.

Within the contract we built 3 turbo roundabouts and 3 crossroads with traffic lights. Roundabouts was designed in a way to eliminate intersection of the motor traffic between outer and inner lane. This solution allows vehicles in naturally way to follow appropriate roundabout exit and reduces risk of collisions. For circular crossroads drivers can not change the lane – before entering the roundabout they  must decide what way they want to go. This increasing the capacity of roundabout. The new route allows everyone quickly and safely reach the capital of Wielkopolska.
