Skanska has built KOy Hevosmiehenkatu 13 housing project with 83 rental apartments to ATT (Helsinki Housing Production Department).  The highest eaves of the building are 61 metres from the ground.

The site is located in the vicinity of Malmi Airport. Its construction was started in May 2011, and it was handed over one month early in February 2013.

One of the challenges of the site was its location close to Malmi Airport. Because the jib of the crane reached a height of 62 metres above sea-level, lifting operations had to be specially agreed with air traffic control.
