The Sadová phase of the Milíčovský Háj project will include the creation of a total of 133 new apartments in 6 three- to five-story apartment houses - 106 apartments will be built in the Family standard and 27 will be built in the low-energy Komfort EKO standard. All apartment houses will receive a B-class ENB Certificate (very economical). The low energy consumption of all houses is the result of thorough heat insulation of the building envelope and of high-quality windows. Houses with the Family standard will include high-quality plastic double-glazed windows, while houses with the Komfort EKO standard will come with wooden double-glazed windows. The offered apartments range from 30 m2 1+kitchenette apartments with a 8 m2 balcony to 112 m2 4+kitchenette apartments with two balconies with a total area of 20 m2. All apartments come with a cellar cubicle, a balcony and some even include a terrace or front garden. There will be 128 parking spaces in shared garages located under the buildings.
All apartments in the three-story villa-houses with the Komfort EKO standard include a recuperation unit connected to a central air intake and outlet. Each new owner of an apartment will thus get a pre-installed fresh air distribution system located in the floor - the new home will not only be environment-friendly, but also healthy. Heating in the apartments is provided by floor convectors and wall radiators. Glass surfaces on the facades of buildings are equipped with external horizontal blinds, which protect the apartments from excess heat during summer months. The total savings on heating in apartments located in low-energy houses may be quite significant, and amounts to approximately 30 to 40 % of the heating costs in a usual apartment.
All apartments in the Komfort EKO standard will come with high-quality wooden floors, veneered doors with lining doorframes, Next high-security entry doors, ceramic bricked internal walls/bars, suspended toilet, a data network and a possible connection to cable TV, video-phone etc. All apartments in the first floor will also include electronic security signaling.
Apartments in the Family standard will come with high-quality laminated floors, laminated "lamino" interior doors and lining, high-security entry doors, suspended toilet. Internal walls/bars will be made of gypsum blocks.
