Beaumont Health Troy Campus Master Plan

Skanska, in a joint venture with Barton Malow, provided construction management services for the master plan multi-phased project on the west and east campuses of William Beaumont Hospital-Troy. This challenging project consisted of a new first-floor emergency center, critical care tower shell, a new MRI building on the main West Campus and a new ambulatory care center (ACC) on the East Campus. A new 551-LF pedestrian bridge and atrium connects the main hospital on the West Campus to the new ACC on the East Campus. Significant site work, utility relocation and new surface parking were also addressed.
