We are always working toward a corruption-free society. We engage with organizations who are working to eliminate corruption and its effects on society from the business world.

We have been a signatory to the United Nations Global Compact since 2000. In 2004, we were one of the founders of the World Economic Forum Partnering Against Corruption Initiative. We are a member of Transparency International and follow their guidelines. We also, as a company head-quartered in Stockholm, follow the Code of Gifts, Rewards and other benefits in Business, of the Swedish Anti-Corruption Institute.

Our approach

Anti-Corruption is an important part of our Code of Conduct and our Supplier Code of Conduct. Our mandatory Anti-Corruption Policy offers guidance on specific situations that may be encountered, and anti-corruption training is provided to all employees. A two-year program of ethics risk assessment and assurance review is carried out by all business units and mitigating measures are implemented.

Anti-corruption Policy

Our Anti-corruption Policy guides us in avoiding corruption in business.
