Deepen & broaden your knowledge abroad
We are present across the Nordics, the UK, USA and Central Eastern Europe, in a total of eleven different countries, spanning a multitude of operations. At any stage in your Skanska career, you can expand your horizon by pursuing one of our programs abroad. Our global exchange program, Skanska Unlimited, offers all colleagues new experiences and a wider network in either their home country or internationally for up to six months.

Skanska STEP (Skanska Top Executive Program) is our leadership development program for senior level managers. The program further develops knowledge and leadership competencies to maximize business growth, and to create an international network for knowledge sharing and strategy implementation. The program is developed in cooperation with IMD Business School for Management and Leadership courses and Ivey Business School.
