Skanska's Interim report second quarter 2024 will be published on July 19, 2024, at 7:30 AM CET.

Skanska's Interim report first quarter 2024 will be published on May 8, 2023, at 7:30 AM CEST.

The Board of Directors proposes a dividend for 2023 of SEK 5.50 (7.50) per share. The Board proposes Tuesday April 2, 2024, as the record date for receiving dividend. If the Annual General Meeting on March 27, 2024, resolves in accordance with the proposal, the dividend is expected to be distributed by Euroclear Sweden AB on Friday April 5, 2024.

The Board of Directors proposes a dividend for 2023 of SEK 5.50 (7.50) per share. The Board proposes Tuesday April 2, 2024, as the record date for receiving dividend.

Skanska’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on Wednesday March 27, 2024.
