    Skanska has signed a ten-year lease agreement for approximately 7,500 square meters of office space in Christian Krohgs gate 2, which is a new office project developed by Skanska and Entra in a 50/50 joint venture, in Oslo, Norway. With this lease the building is now 35 percent leased. Skanska is expected to take occupancy of its new Norwegian headquarters in the fourth quarter of 2029.

The buyer is the existing partner, John Laing I-4 Holdco Corp. The transaction has closed, including requisite governmental and lender approvals, and it will be recorded under the Central stream for the second quarter of 2026.

    Skanska divests Villa Fågelsång in Sollentuna, Sweden, to Folksamgruppen through KPA Pension, for about SEK 340M. The project includes a special adapted residence for seniors (SÄBO) with 80 apartments and a group home according to LSS (specialized, assisted living homes) with six apartments. The divestment will be recorded in the Commercial Property Development stream in the first quarter of 2026.
