Skanska builds engineering school facility in North Carolina, USA, for USD 106 M, about SEK 860 M
Skanska has signed a contract with North Carolina State University to build a new engineering building at the NC State Centennial campus in Raleigh, North Carolina, USA. The contract is worth USD 106 M, about SEK 860 M, which will be included in the US order bookings for the first quarter 2018.
The new school facility that comprises about 21,000-gross-square-meter and will house engineering labs with the latest technology, classrooms and administrative offices.
The construction start is scheduled for April 2018, and the project is expected to be complete in July 2020.
