Prior to the forthcoming Annual General Meeting on April 29, 1998, Skanska’s Nominating Committee proposes the following Board of Directors:

Prior to the forthcoming Annual General Meeting on April 29, 1998, Skanska’s Nominating Committee proposes the following Board of Directors:
Re-election: Claes Björk (President and CEO), P-O Eriksson, Christer Gardell, Sören Gyll, Sven Hagströmer and Bo Rydin.
New election: Roger Flanagan and Finn Johnsson. Roger Flanagan is a Professor at the University of Reading (Construction Management) in England and Visiting Professor at the Chalmers University of Technology, Gothenburg, Sweden. Finn Johnson was formerly president of Scancem and United Distillers.
The Board intends to elect Bo Rydin as Chairman (currently Vice Chairman).
