The investment included construction of a 5,7 km long two-lane road, four viaducts over local roads, one viaduct over railway line and one over state road No 1 as well as two bridge facilities over the Czarna Przemsza river. The newly constructed by-pass of Siewierz was connected to the existing road system by means of a crossing and two roundabouts. The contract also included execution of 1,25 km of one-lane voivodeship road No 793, nine sections of local roads of total length c.a. 3,5 km and 33 access roads to fields localised alongside the designed state road No 78.
